Terms of Service

PawNav is not a veterinary service. Nothing on this site is medical advice for your animal. Our tools (Photo Scan, Health Triage, Vet Bill Translator, Food Safety, and others) provide general guidance generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or wrong. For any urgent or serious situation, contact a licensed veterinarian or, in a poisoning emergency, the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at 888-426-4435.

You can create a free account with your email and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. One person, one account. You must be 13 or older to use PawNav.

• Paid plans are billed by Stripe at $5 per month or $49 per year, in U.S. dollars.
• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
• After the trial, your card is charged automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
• We don’t offer refunds for partial periods, but if something went wrong, email todd@baratrust.com and we’ll figure it out.
• We may change prices. We’ll email you at least 14 days before any price change applies to your subscription.

You agree not to:

• Try to break, scrape, or overload the service.
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or designed to harm others.
• Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak the AI tools to produce harmful output, or use the output to harm an animal.
• Resell or repackage PawNav’s output as your own service.
• Create multiple free accounts to bypass usage limits, or otherwise abuse the freemium tier.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of anything you upload (photos, pet profiles, notes). You grant PawNav a limited license to process, store, and display that content as needed to run the service for you. We send tool inputs to third-party AI providers in real time to generate responses; see our Privacy Policy for details.

We may add, change, or remove features. If we shut down a paid feature, you can cancel and we’ll prorate or refund the affected portion of your most recent payment.

PawNav is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawNav and Bara Trust will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any harm to an animal arising from reliance on the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State where Bara Trust is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that State.

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
